At Seybull, the goal isn’t just to sell you a nice shirt – it’s to give you a shopping experience that feels smooth and stress-free from the moment you click “Place Order” until the moment you open the package and hold it in your hands. This policy is here so you know exactly how your order is handled, shipped, and delivered – no hidden details, no surprises.

1. Where Seybull Ships

Seybull ships to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.

We’ve heard from many friends in Puerto Rico that it’s often hard to find U.S. stores willing to ship there – some worry about the extra distance or longer delivery times. But we believe distance shouldn’t stand between you and something you love. So whether you’re in New York, Texas, or San Juan, we’ll still pack your order with care and send it your way.

To keep deliveries reliable and on time, Seybull is not able to ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • Other U.S. overseas territories (besides Puerto Rico)

2. Clear, Simple Shipping Costs

We want you to know exactly what you’ll pay for shipping right from the start – no hidden fees at checkout.

  • United States: Flat rate $4.99

  • Puerto Rico: Flat rate $9.99 (due to the extra distance and slightly longer delivery time)

Free shipping is not available for Puerto Rico just yet, but we do our best to keep the cost as fair as possible.

3. Taxes, Duties & Extra Fees

Good news – there’s no sales tax, shipping tax, or customs duties for orders shipped to either the U.S. or Puerto Rico.
The price you see at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay. Nothing extra when your package arrives.

4. Processing & Delivery Times

We break shipping into two easy-to-understand stages:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) to prepare your shirt, check quality, and pack it safely.

  • Transit time:

    • United States: About 4–6 business days

    • Puerto Rico: About 9–10 business days

Order cut-off time: If you place your order before 2:00 PM MST, we’ll start processing it the same day. Orders placed after that will begin processing on the next business day.

We know the feeling of waiting for something you’re excited about, so we work hard to keep things moving quickly – whether you’re in Florida or Puerto Rico.

5. Example Delivery Timeline

Here’s what a typical order might look like:

  • Monday (Day 0): You place your order at 3:00 PM MST. Since that’s after 2:00 PM, we’ll start processing on Tuesday.

  • Tuesday–Wednesday (Day 1–2): We prepare, check, and pack your order. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • U.S. delivery: Usually arrives in about 4–6 business days after it leaves our workshop.

  • Puerto Rico delivery: Usually arrives in about 9–10 business days after it leaves our workshop.

This way, you’ll have a pretty good idea of when your package will knock on your door – no more endless waiting without knowing where it is.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, Seybull will send you an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct link to see your package’s journey on the carrier’s website

It usually takes 24–48 hours after you receive this email for tracking info to appear in the carrier’s system. If you check right away and don’t see updates yet, don’t worry – they’ll show up soon.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

a. If your shirt is damaged during delivery:
We pack each shirt with care to protect every stitch and every print. But if you open your package and find your shirt torn, stained, smudged, or otherwise damaged during transit:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the shirt and the package it came in

We’ll review the case quickly and offer the best solution – either a replacement or a refund.

Please note: The shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and still have its original tags and labels to qualify for a replacement or refund.

b. If your package is lost:

  • For U.S. orders: If it hasn’t arrived after 14 business days

  • For Puerto Rico orders: If it hasn’t arrived after 20 business days
    And in both cases, if tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 days – reach out to us right away. If the carrier confirms it’s lost, we’ll send a new order or issue a refund.

8. Canceling an Order

If you’d like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible – ideally within 24 hours of placing it. We process orders quickly, so once it’s packed and shipped (meaning you’ve received a tracking number), we can’t cancel it. If that happens, you can still return or exchange the item following our Return & Refund Policy once it arrives.
